Terms of Service

These terms apply to every order placed with Productoons, a service of AMZ DIVISION LLC ("we", "us"). By placing an order, you ("the client") agree to them.

1. What we deliver

Each video is a short, vertical (9:16) animated cartoon video about your product, delivered as an MP4 file with voiceover, music, sound effects and burned-in captions. Your package determines how many videos you receive: Single (1 video), 5-Pack (5 videos) or 10-Pack (10 videos).

2. Process and turnaround

After you pay, you send us product photos, a product link and any claims or compliance notes. We send a script within 24 hours of receiving everything we need. You approve the script or ask for changes. The finished video is delivered within 48 hours of your approval. Turnaround times are business targets; delays caused by missing materials or late feedback extend them.

3. You approve every script

Nothing is animated until you approve the script in writing (email or message is fine). Your approval confirms that the script's words, claims and overall message are acceptable to you for publication.

4. Your product claims are your responsibility

We write scripts to stick to the claims on your product's label and the notes you give us. However, you are solely responsible for the accuracy, substantiation and legality of every claim made about your product, including compliance with the rules of the FTC, FDA and any other regulator, and with the policies of each platform where you post. You agree to hold AMZ DIVISION LLC harmless from any claim, fine or loss arising from statements about your product that you supplied or approved.

5. No medical claims

We do not write medical claims. We will not state or imply that a product diagnoses, treats, cures or prevents any disease, and we may decline or edit any requested line that does. For dietary supplements, we can add the standard FDA disclaimer to the video on request.

6. Revisions

Changes to the script before approval are part of the approval step. After delivery, each video includes one round of revisions: one consolidated list of changes sent within 7 days of delivery. Revisions cover fixes within the approved script and concept (for example timing, captions, a visual swap or a line read). A new script, a new concept or changes beyond the included round can be quoted as additional work.

7. Materials you provide

You confirm you have the right to use the photos, logos, trademarks and other materials you send us, and that we may use them to make your videos. We composite your real product photo into the cartoon; we do not generate imitation versions of your product or packaging.

8. Ownership and usage rights

Once your order is paid in full, you own the final delivered video and may use it anywhere, including organic social media, your store, product listings and paid advertising, without further fees. We keep ownership of our tools, working files, templates and general character styles. We may show your finished video in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

9. Payment and refunds

Orders are paid in advance. If we have not yet delivered your script, you may cancel for a full refund. After a script is delivered, payments are non-refundable, and the included revision round is the remedy for changes. If we fail to deliver, you are entitled to a refund for the undelivered videos.

10. Things we won't make

We may decline any order, including content that is unlawful, deceptive, hateful, sexually explicit or that infringes someone else's rights. If we decline before starting work, we refund you in full.

11. Limitation of liability

Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, ad account actions or platform removals.
