Your script arrives within 24 hours of receiving your product photos and info. Once you approve it, the finished video is delivered within 48 hours. These are our business targets; missing materials or late feedback extend them.

A 2-minute brief: a link to the product page, 3 to 5 clear product photos (a straight-on shot on a plain background is ideal), your top benefits, and any claims to highlight or avoid. A brand voice, a hook you love or lines we must avoid are welcome too.

Each video in your pack becomes a credit in your client dashboard. Start each video whenever you're ready, by filling in a brief for that product. Use them at your own pace: two today and three next week is fine. Credits don't expire, and repeat purchases add to your balance.

Yes. Every credit is one video, and each brief can be for a different product, a different hook or a different angle on the same product.

If we haven't sent your script yet, you can cancel for a full refund. Once your script is delivered, payments are non-refundable and the included revision round is the remedy for changes. If we fail to deliver, you're refunded for the undelivered videos. Full details are in our terms.

Always. Nothing is animated until you approve the script. Most changes happen at this stage, before any rendering.

One round of revisions on the finished video is included with every video, on top of the script approval step.

We stick to the claims on your label and the notes you send us, and we never write medical claims. You approve every script, and you remain responsible for the accuracy and legality of the claims made about your product, so please check each script carefully.

Yes. We composite your actual product photo into the cartoon. We never generate a fake AI version of your packaging or label, so what shoppers see is what they'll receive.

You do. Once your order is paid, the final video is yours to use anywhere, including organic social, your store, product listings and paid advertising, with no extra fees.
