This policy explains how Productoons, a service of AMZ DIVISION LLC ("we", "us"), handles your information.

What we collect

• Order form details: your name, email, brand, product link, chosen package, where you plan to post and any notes you write.
• Materials you send us: product photos, claims and compliance notes, and your feedback on scripts and videos.
• Payment details: payments are processed by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card number.
• Basic technical data: when you submit the form we record the time, your approximate country and your browser type, to prevent spam.

How we use it

Only to reply to you, take payment, make and deliver your videos, provide support and keep records required by law. We don't sell your information, and we don't use your materials for anything other than your order (and our portfolio, if you allow it).

Who we share it with

Only service providers that help us run the business, such as hosting, email and payment processing, and only as needed to provide the service. We may disclose information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as needed for the service and for our legal and tax obligations. You can ask us to delete your information and materials at any time, except records we are required to keep.
